01. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of syardmedia.com and any purchase made through this site. The site is operated by SYARD Media, a trading name of SYARD Media LLC, registered in Delaware under company number 7421058, with registered office at 200 King Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States.

By placing an order you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

02. Orders

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. The order is accepted at the moment we issue dispatch confirmation. Until that point, we reserve the right to decline an order, for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing error.

Each garment is part of a small batch. Once a run is sold through, the piece is not restocked. Cart contents do not reserve stock.

03. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars and exclude duties or import taxes outside the United States. Where applicable, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on destination state.

Payment is taken at order placement, not at dispatch. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and selected wallets. Card data is processed by our payment partner and is not retained on our servers.

04. Shipping

Standard shipping is complimentary on orders above USD 350. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of loss passes to the customer at the point of delivery to the carrier. We will assist with claims for any package lost or damaged in transit.

05. Returns

Returns are accepted within thirty days of receipt, on items unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for the full procedure.

06. Ten year warranty

Each garment is covered by a ten year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Send the piece back to the studio and we will repair, re-line, or replace at our discretion. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or alteration carried out by a third party.

07. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.

08. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable United States federal law. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, save where mandatory consumer protection law grants you a different forum.
