Refund Policy

01. Window and condition

You may return any garment within thirty days of receipt provided it is unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. We do not require a reason. Fit is personal, garments are made small, and we expect that some pieces will come back.

02. Process

To start a return, write to returns@syardmedia.com with your order number. We will reply within one working day with the address to which the parcel should be sent and a prepaid label, if applicable.

Pack the garment in its original box. We recommend using a tracked carrier and keeping the receipt until the refund has cleared.

US return postage is paid by the studio. International return postage is at the customer's expense, except in the case of a faulty item.

03. Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven working days of the studio receiving the returned garment. We will email you when the refund is processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear on a card statement varies by issuer, typically three to five additional working days.

Original outbound shipping costs are refunded in the case of a faulty item, otherwise they are retained.

04. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return:

• Garments altered or repaired by a third party.
• Garments showing wear, perfume, smoke, or laundry residue.
• Garments without original tags.
• Made to measure or commissioned pieces, where the brief was confirmed by the customer in writing.

05. Faulty items

If a garment arrives faulty, or develops a fault within the ten year warranty window, write to the studio with photographs. In the case of a manufacturing defect, the studio will, at our option, repair the garment, replace it from a remaining run, or refund in full including outbound and return shipping.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, alteration by a third party, or wear inconsistent with the garment's intended use.
